This 8,000 SF cast-in-place concrete addition to an existing hospital building was a demanding, complex, and delicate project.  The location is directly above the existing Operating Rooms, directly adjacent to the Cardiac Cath Labs, across a hallway from the ICU, and steps away from the heliport.  In addition to the Hybrid Suite construction, the adjacent buildings were re-roofed, and the main AHU serving the OR area was replaced.  The project was fast-tracked and completed in less than 6 months.
