Del Mar Garcia Science Building

Hengchun The Garcia Science Building included an expansion to almost double the size of the original building, and renovations to the existing interiors. A complete HVAC system upgrade was performed, including state-of-the-art controls to accommodate multiple fume hoods within the building. The new building supports Del Mar Colleges’ Natural Sciences facilities.
